I realize this is a bit early - but I wanted to wish the new grandmothers and great-grandmothers a happy Mother's day! Most importantly, I would like to wish a very special new mother a happy first Mother's day! You've amazed me with your natural ability to raise our daughter with such patience, love, and caring. I firmly believe that your abilities came directly from the wonderful way in which your family interacts and the love that is shown from your own mother.

To my own mother - I don't know how you managed to do it. I only hope that someday I can learn to be as strong as you were in raising the three of us with such strength, courage, and warmth. You have earned the highest respect from not only us, but from most of the people that you encounter. You are truly an amazing person.
